OAKLAND, Calif., February 12, 2024--The Board of Directors of Summit Bancshares Inc., at a meeting held on January 17, 2024, in recognition of the bank’s 42nd year in business, declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.42 per share, payable on February 29, 2024, to holders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2024.
