Leocor Mining Inc. engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The company holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Dorset Gold Project consists of two mineral claims covering an area of 600 hectares; the Copper Creek and the Five Mile Brook projects comprise fifty-five claims; and the Dorset Extension, including 325 hectares located in Newfoundland and Labrador.
